Refund policy
Acceptable Reasons for Refund:
- item arrives severely damaged and is irreplaceable
- a claim will be filed with USPS if package is lost but shows is delivered to the address
- need to cancel order BEFORE shipping notification is received
Not Acceptable Reasons:
- did not like the scent
- being allergic to ingredients in the product (all ingredients are listed on product listings and should be looked over carefully)
- cannot cancel custom orders once they have been paid for and in progress
If an item comes badly damaged I will do everything in my power to send you a replacement. If sending a replacement isn't an option, I will refund for the damaged item OR provide a coupon code depending on the type of damage. Refunds are considered on a situational basis.
Returns/Exchanges:
Under no circumstance can any items be returned or exchanged ever. If you don't like a scent you picked out, that is not a reason for an item to be returned. Due to the cosmetic nature of my products, it is a sanitary concern that items are to not be returned.
